Once the order is placed we will immediately start preparing it. This process usually takes a maximum of 3 business days, but we normally ship items within 1 business day. However, the items will not be shipped before the cleared payment is received. We use
EMS as our standard courier service, however, upon request we ship also through DHL, FEDEX and UPS. Please note any extra charges will be included on the invoice. Items normally arrive to destination between 5 to 8 days after the cleared payment. Should you prefer faster shipping there will be a fee according to the shipping method chosen.
Items bought are not covered by shipping insurance unless you specifically ask for it. Should you be interested in covering your item with shipping insurance kindly let us know and we will make sure we provide the best insurance cover and include the charge to your product invoice.
We are certain that you would be more than pleased with any item bought from us, however, should your item be damaged or have any other issue, you shall notify us by email within 2 days from receiving the item. We will replace the item once it is returned unless otherwise agreed. Please note, the customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.
