· Products bought shall not vary from the picture and description you purchased. We will only ship the item according to the picture and specifications you agreed to at the time of purchase.
· The listed product description refers to the product at best of our knowledge. Please make sure you read carefully the description of the item before you purchase.
· Items bought will be replaced or repaired upon receiving the damaged item.
· Items purchased cannot be returned simply because you do not want the item any longer or changed your mind. Any item bought from our dropshippers on auction sites and redirected to us is considered as an item bought from our dropshipper and not from us. Issues of any kind will be handled by the dropshipper and not us. Even though the payment might have been carried through us, we are not reponsible of the information provided by our dropshipper. We would be only handling the payment and making sure the item purchased through the link provided by our dropshipper leading to the product on our site is delivered. Our dropshippers would only be redirecting you to effect your payment through us because you chose to, but the item will be purchased from them and the auction site where the product was listed on.
· While we take great care to ship only the item specifically purchased by you, as you know mistakes may happen. In the event an item varies from the description and picture of what you ordered You shall notify us immediately up to a maximum of 7 days from receiving the item and we will ship the item you specifically ordered upon the return of the wrong item delivered to you. Since this would be our mistake, the expense of shipping will be incurred by us. We will refund shipping expenses by offering credit note. Items returned to us shall be sent by standard mail registered, with tracking number and with signature required.
· Every item will be sent by us will be dispatched either by courier or by standard mail with a tracking number, registered and signature required.
· All items will be sent with signature requirement delivery and each and every item mailed will bear a tracking number and will be registered, thus knowing at all stages where the item is through the website of the courier.
· If the records from the used courier show that the item has been delivered to the address you specified in the order, we are not held responsible if the item was not forwarded to you by whoever collected or received the item. It is agreed that an item delivered to the address mentioned is delivered to You the buyer.
· You shall be responsible for any taxes in your country.
· If we do not have the item you bought in stock, we may send the item directly to you from our suppliers around the world. While we still guarantee the product is exactly the same as you ordered, we will not be held responsible if the laws of your country require you to pay any taxes upon receipt or collection due to the original shipping point of the item. However, we will notify you if we would be shipping directly from another supplier which is not us and let you know the country it will be dispatched from. It will then be upto you to either cancel the order or continue with the purchase. If we do not receive any confirmation from your end about the country of dispatch within 48 hours from your order we will assume that you agree.
· Items not collected from customs or held by customs are your responsibility. If the item is not collected from customs for any reason this will be shown with the tracking number on the courier’s website and thus it is agreed that it is up to you to collect the item, unless the item is returned to us from customs. We will not refund items which remain held at your country's customs or which are not collected. We will deduct the shipping expense incurred by us to have the item returned from customs from the balance of your refund. It is up to you to make sure that the item is allowed in your country and if there are any custom fees to pay.
· Substantial proof must be provided if you are claiming that the item is not as described on our onlie store / description. To avoid unecessary disputes, it is extemely important that before you purchase an item from us, you read the entire description of the item. Read carefully all details included in the description and only purchase if you are 100% certain of the step being taken. Please do not assume what the item is especially without reading the description. If after reading the description you need any further assistance or confirmation please contact us. We will do our best to answer all your questions at best of our knowledge before you purchase.
· Any items damaged, due to misuse or broken by You shall void the guarantee and no refund will be issued.
· We shall not replace any item if this is misused, damaged or broken by You.
· Each and every completed transaction is final. This applies to all paid for purchases. Orders may not be cancelled if they are paid for. Upon our discretion and if we have a previous agreement with You the buyer, a transaction may be cancelled only if the buyer accepts to the deduct the funds receiving charges incurred when paying A to Z products, the sending funds charges (to issue refund) and 25% of the item value covering the restocking fee and other charges which are incurred while preparing the item, packaging and organising shipping. If the item has already been shipped while the above charges apply, buyer shall incur the returning expenses of the item.
· Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Malta.
